My flow is a bit strong, the situation is over. Draw attention, washing my tainted name that was reduced by criticism I did what I had to do so in the end, I made it Z lingered outside the bar, as if he was still underaged and trying to sneak in rather than just debating if this was where he should be. He felt bad enough he lied to Mrs. Confortola, telling her he was going to hang out at Sam's work until he got off and then they'd hang out. In reality, his best friend, Samnang, was busy with his family today and Z was just really missing Xavier. He felt a knot in the back of his throat as his mind finally accepted that had been what was wrong with him all day. He walked to the door, immediately getting stopped by the security at a booth. Z sighed, at 5'3", he wasn't a very convincing 21 year old. Add on the fact he had a baby face and a lithe, high voice, he was rarely believed to be over 14 half the time. He pulled out his wallet, taking his ID and showing it to the man. The security guard looked at it closely before skeptically giving it back to him. Z took it, a bit flustered for no real reason, and went into the bar. He coughed a bit, the dusty air surpringing him for how clean and shiny everything looked. He found a stool at the bar, sitting at it. He didn't even know what to order, he barely drank on his own and Samnang was too young for them to go to bars, anyway. That on top of Mr. and Mrs. Confortola worried he'd become some sort of alcoholic because of his trauma, Z rarely knew any drinks outside of what people typically ordered from TV shows. Let alone if he'd actually like any of those drinks. 내 Flow가 좀 거세 상황은 종결됐어, Draw Attention 평가 절하됐던 내 오명을 씻어, 내가 할 일을 해서 결국엔 I made it

Flinging a rag over his right shoulder, he smoothed out his white top, trying to keep his best appearance. It was harder to him than he had originally expected. Orders had been coming in like crazy for the past thirty minutes, leaving Simon no time to sit and relax for a bit. To be expected from this type of profession none the less. The bar almost started to feel like a sauna to Simon, more people flooding in through the doors, cramming in the seats.
A plump man to Simon's left called out an order and Simon was ripped away from his small break. Taking care of the orders at the bar, things had started to thin out and fewer people walked through the doors.
Sitting back against the counter, Simon straightened himself out once more. Taking a look around, he found someone new at the bar. What seemed to be a young boy. Simon wasn't one to question the security, only because when he did, he got the hour long lecture of how the security of Climax should be treated with more respect.
Running a hand through his messy hair, Simon sprung forward, ready to take another order, but also, finding himself curious about the young man. Leaning against the counter he said, "What can I get for you?" His eyes searched the young man's in front of him, rather interested. |

Draw attention, washing my tainted name that was reduced by criticism I did what I had to do so in the end, I made it Z was practically lost in his own world, suddenly flustered by the solo attention he was getting from the bartender. He felt his cheeks flush, and he could only hope his blushing wasn't too noticeable. "U-u-um..." He began, stuttering nonsense until he could think of the right words. "I... don't know." He replied honestly. He swallowed hard before looking around. "What's good?" He asked, innocent, doe-like eyes looking at the other man. Even being of age, he sure felt like he was in here illegally. His observations of the bar showed some friends, female, drinking and laughing together at a far table, while at the bar was a few middle aged men drinking beers and talking about which girls they should talk to. At another table, some college guys seeming to take pleasure in some sort of drinking game, and he felt so out of place suddenly. He licked his lips, glancing to the bartender only to feel his cheeks heat up again. Okay, he's cute! Can you stop now? He thought to himself, scolding his own body. 내 Flow가 좀 거세 상황은 종결됐어, Draw Attention 평가 절하됐던 내 오명을 씻어, 내가 할 일을 해서 결국엔 I made it

I ALWAYS LOOK UP TO THE SKY PRAY BEFORE THE DAWN 'CAUSE THEY FLY ALWAYS SOMETIMES THEY ARRIVE SOMETIMES THEY ARE GONE THEY FLY ON FLOCK OF BIRDS HOVERING ABOVE INTO SMOKE I'M TURNED AND RISE FOLLOWING THEM UP STILL I ALWAYS LOOK UP TO THE SKY PRAY BEFORE THE DAWN 'CAUSE THEY FLY AWAY ONE MINUTE THEY ARRIVE, NEXT YOU KNOW THEY'RE GONE THEY FLY ON FLY ON FLY ON RIDE THROUGH MAYBE ONE DAY I'LL FLY NEXT TO YOU FLY ON, RIDE THROUGH MAYBE ONE DAY I CAN FLY WITH YOU Simon was worried for a split second that the customer wouldn't respond, but was quickly put back at ease when the young man came to. He had seemed to not paying attention at all, off in his own la-la land basically. Service with a smile..! Thought Simon rather sarcastically as he flashed a welcoming smile. Most of the people who came at this time were large creeps praying on the young women, the thought of having to throw a smile at them made Simon want throw up.
This customer, was obviously different from the usual swine that came through the doors of Climax. He generally seemed rather out of place in Simon's eyes. Simon couldn't imagine him partaking in drinking games, getting wasted, and ending up in the bathroom stalls making out with a complete stranger. While that seemed like the stereotypical TV scenario, it did happen more often than one would think.
Simon bit his lower lip, watching as the customer fluttered about with his words. His cheeks seemed to gain a small tint of red, but Simon dismissed it as the warmth. I doubt they even believe in air conditioning.. That or Climax was just cheap.
"You don't know, huh?" Simon muttered, more to himself then the person sitting in front of him. Almost instantly, his mind began running through the drinks that Climax had to offer. His brows furrowed as he made his mental list.
The drink that was most popular at the moment was the Catalina Margarita. A mixture of peach schnapps and blue curacao, giving the traditional margarita some fruity notes. People were also attracted to the gorgeous blue-green color it produced. The strongest note is citrus, but mellows into the peach. As he was running all the information through his head, he subconsciously stared at the customer, looking into the eyes that stared back at him with much innocence. Sighing, he thought to Lottie for a few moments, who often gave him a similar look whenever she had something she wanted. The soft stare was a guaranteed success every time. Simon's biggest weakness- cuteness. He never knew what it was about things that he found adorable that made him so squishy and soft. It greatly bothered him, especially since Lottie exploited it so much, but he couldn't do much about it. Grunting softly, he turned his attention to task on hand.
"How about the Catalina Margarita? It's a customer favorite at the moment. Fairly tart, peachy, and on the sweet side,"
As Simon waited for a response, he finally took the time to really get a look at whom he was serving. The man in front of him was rather adorable. Noting that he had been staring for far too long, he averted his gaze, running his hands clumsily through his hair.

Draw attention, washing my tainted name that was reduced by criticism I did what I had to do so in the end, I made it Z felt his heart flutter a bit as he was flashed a warm smile, even knowing it was just part of mandatory service to customers didn't stop his heart from leaping out of his chest. He told himself to listen to what the guy was actually saying rather than staring at how his lips were so perfect. Or his body. Or-- Z shook his head, snapping himself out of the daze. "T-th-that s-sounds great." He stuttered, wincing. He hadn't been this flustered in a long time, let alone had his stutter been this prominent. He looked down at the bar and played with his fingers, barely peeking out from his shirt sleeves. He told himself to calm down, that this was just a guy, a bartender, no one of importance to him. But already, he was trying to think of an excuse to visit this bar again, and his mind drifted off to the moment he'd ask the man across the counter when he worked next, without making it sound like he was trying to hit on him because one, Z couldn't hit on someone if his life depended on it and two, he still couldn't tell if the other man even liked men. He sighed, cupping the edge of the bar with his hands and resting his head on them. Samnang will have a field day with this... He thought to himself, a small whine escaping his lips, probably unheard in the noise of the bar. 내 Flow가 좀 거세 상황은 종결됐어, Draw Attention 평가 절하됐던 내 오명을 씻어, 내가 할 일을 해서 결국엔 I made it

Behind him, he could hear some of the others getting a bit rowdy. He emitted a sigh, drunk overconfident college kids could become a nuisance to handle in the near future. Hopefully the security would pitch in and do their part this time around. Whenever things went too far, they just sat back and watched the fireworks while Simon, or one of the other co-workers had to intervene.
Last time Simon had to break up a fight, he was given a blow to the stomach. Nasty bruises.and tenderness for close to a month. Making a mental note to keep an eye on some certain people, he returned with a freshly made drink, setting it softly in front of the customer.
Normally, Simon would probably back away and go see how others on different sides of the bar were doing, but something about this man made him want to ask the question he'd been wondering all night.
"What brings you here? Your not exactly one of my regulars, that's for certain.." Simon trailed off, leaning forward. That being said, he could easily come at a different time during the day and just not Simon's general shifts, so maybe Simon was just using mediocre, he wasn't exactly sure. Either way, he suddenly felt like it was painfully obvious that he was looking for any excuse to make conversation, making him feel a little self-cnosious as he rubbed his forehead.
For Simon, looking at the customer almost made his knees weak. Cuteness was Simon's kryptonite, and this particular man oozed it.

My flow is a bit strong, the situation is over. Draw attention, washing my tainted name that was reduced by criticism I did what I had to do so in the end, I made it Z tested the drink gingerly, taking baby sips before deciding it actually tasted really good. He nearly choked, however, when he noticed the bartender was still across from him. "W-what?" He coughed, realizing the other man had asked him something, waiting for his mind to get unhazy. "U-uh... No, I don't usually... I just had a lot on my mind tonight so... I... I came here." He said simply, feeling the blush creep back to his face as he looked down and stirred his drink. It was then he heard something that made him freeze. "Hey! Look who it is!" Called one of the college boys in the corner. His back must have been turned when Z was scanning the place. Z shut his eyes tight, shaking his head slightly. He knew that voice. He'd never forget that voice. It haunted his nightmares for far too long for that to be allowed. He heard them moving to get up, and before he knew, he was surrounded by the group for the second time in his life. He wished the bartender would both leave and tell the guys to go away and stop disturbing other customers. He was able to play normal with this bartender, but as he turned to face the demons that haunted his nightmares, his whole body was weak and shaky. He furrowed his eyebrows, trying to keep his voice calm and worse of all, hide his stutter. "Haven't you... done enough damage? D-do you want to go jail this time?" He tried, but his voice quivered and it ended up more meek than intimidating. The one that brought their attention to Z cupped the smaller boy by his chin, and Z practically tumbled out of his chair to get away. "Leave me alone!" He cried to them. "Unless one of you wants to apologize, don't bother me!" He was causing a scene, he could feel the eyes on him, but he had been getting used to crowds, thanks to his poetry, the eyes upon were nothing compared to the five men in front of him. Nothing compared to the pain they caused to him, let alone the Confortolas. His mind wandered to the reason why he came to this bar in the first place, because he was missing Xavier. This was how fate was going to repay him? "Well?" He tested, finally managing a strong voice. "We aren't going to apologize." Z's rapist growled. "Oh? Did you accept what you were then?" Z asked calmly, only to cower, whimper, and block his face as the other man moved to hit him. 내 Flow가 좀 거세 상황은 종결됐어, Draw Attention 평가 절하됐던 내 오명을 씻어, 내가 할 일을 해서 결국엔 I made it words: 438 | tags: Simon | outfit: here | notes: both of can RP the bullies to make it easier. Becoming more alert, he watched them out of the corner of his eye. Working in this bar for as long as he has, Simon had a few typical warning signs to look for when it came to people getting a bit, wild, for lack of a better term. As they drew near, Simon actually backed away casually, making it appear he was going to clean up the other side of the bar, when in actuality, he had positioned himself closer to the door leading from behind the bar to the rest of Climax.
Or, I could just vault over the counter tops like in the movies.. Simon snorted only to proceed by mentally scolding himself for thinking sarcastically in this situation. Straining to hear as he falsely wiped the already clean counters, watching things unfold out of the corner of his eyes.
Simon didn't have super sonic hearing and could only catch snippets of the conversation, if you could even call it that. Jail was one of the main words that stuck out in Simon's mind. Making sure not to make any "suspicious" movements that could arouse the boys attention towards him, he exited from behind the bar. This was escalating quickly, and Simon wanted to make sure he was close by to stop anything from happening.
Simon broke out in cold sweat. He wasn't exactly trained in fighting. Yes, he's had his share, but that was a decent sized group. If he went in with brute force, which, he would more then likely resort to if things came down to it, how would he fare? He'd end up absorbing the hits till the security came.
As clenched fists were starting to rise into the air, Simon surged forward, overcome with adrenaline. The boy swinging the first shot had clearly had one too many drinks, giving Simon a big advantage. It wasn't too difficult to catch the man's fist within his own palm, squeezing it.
Simon opened his mouth to say something, anything that spewed from his mouth to end the conflict now, but he could see these brutes wanted a fight, those drunken brutes wouldn't leave without sending some fists flying.
The man in front of him seemed to be thinking along the same lines as they shot icy glares back at each other. Before he could get smacked in the face, Simon punched the man hard in the gut, only to have a sudden wave of college men on him, overpowering him. It wasn't long before the taste of blood was prominent in his mouth. Receiving various blows to the stomach and face, Simon suddenly mustered up some strength and got a few square hits to the jaw in, and stumbled backward, clutching a nearby bar stool to keep himself from falling over. Using his free hand, he grazed his lip, cut and bleeding.
The security had taken their sweet time coming to the rescue, and helped some of the drunken slobs Simon had managed to knock down back on their feet, and the ones still standing with scowls plastered upon their faces were swept away as well. Simon dully noted eyes falling upon him.
Damn, did they damage me that bad? Simon wasn't one to be too preoccupied with his looks, but still, he liked to look presentable. He took to seating in the bar stool he was clutching, and leaned back against the counter, not really paying heed to his wounds, more focused on the events that just played out.

My flow is a bit strong, the situation is over. Draw attention, washing my tainted name that was reduced by criticism I did what I had to do so in the end, I made it Z peeked an eye open as the hit he was waiting for never happened, and a squeak escaped as he saw the bartender fighting the guys for him. He wanted to help, but his legs were all but paralyzed, and he felt if he took a step forward he'd just fall onto weak knees. The fight was a blur, and his hands never left his mouth, an occasional 'oh my god' escaping without his notice. When he realized the demons were gone, he blinked a few times before looking to the bartender. "Are you okay?" he asked, finally able to move and going over to the other man. His hands hovered over him, still shaking a bit. a few more mutterings 'oh my god' could be heard, but Z was so shaken up he couldn't recognize the voice as his own. He was scared to go home now. Scared they'd follow him and finish him, like they didn't before. They probably figured no one would find them before he could bleed to death. His expression went dark and a chill ran up his spine. Now he'd probably stay in this bar all night, or maybe he could call Samnang to take him home. 내 Flow가 좀 거세 상황은 종결됐어, Draw Attention 평가 절하됐던 내 오명을 씻어, 내가 할 일을 해서 결국엔 I made it

It didn't take a genius to see he was freaking out.
He had to admit, he was rather curious about the whole situation, and he was dying to ask about it, learn more, but he was a mere stranger, and he wasn't one to impose on someone's troubles. Whatever those men had to do with the customer, it wasn't anything good, that was for sure.
Simon had been drowning in his own thoughts when the man was suddenly in front of him, shaking like a scared child. The expression made Simon just want to sweep him up in a hug and tell him that it was over, but he kept the odd thought off to the side.
"I'm fine, I'm fine.." He said slowly, only now realizing his exhaustion. Luckily, his shift wasn't much longer, and he'd be able to shuffle on home, not before stopping at a nearby store to pick up some quick food for Lottie.
Rubbing his chin lightly, Simon looked upward, back at the man only to see his expression dark, it caught him by surprise. He'd been nothing but smiles all night.
"Are you...?" What, okay? He wasn't okay, anyone could see that.

My flow is a bit strong, the situation is over. Draw attention, washing my tainted name that was reduced by criticism I did what I had to do so in the end, I made it Z felt tears before he could stop them. "I-I'm sorry you shouldn't have had to g-get involved..." He apologized. He felt like a helpless kid, he couldn't even defend himself. He was pathetic and those men just made him feel sick and brought back memories of just so much pain. He furrowed his eyebrows to the bartender, "I'm really.. so sorry. They..." He struggled to find the right words, just going silent instead of stuttering nonsense. He looked to the ground, shivering a bit, "You didn't deserve that... But because of me..." He muttered, more to himself than the bartender. It took Z a few more words of muttered nonsense to get the bartender had asked him a question. A rather kindly one, at that. He blushed a bit, glancing to the man with just his eyes. He knew this could backfire, he could end up with a stalker or worse, another bully, or even worse yet, another life on his hands, but something about this man told Z it was okay to request it. "If it's not too much trouble..." He began softly, turning away and shaking his head. "No, nevermind." 내 Flow가 좀 거세 상황은 종결됐어, Draw Attention 평가 절하됐던 내 오명을 씻어, 내가 할 일을 해서 결국엔 I made it

Not knowing what else to do, he decided to do what he did to comfort Lottie when she was upset, though, scaled back. He placed a reassuring hand on his shoulder, giving it a small squeeze, "I'm glad I got involved, no need to apologize," Simon said softly, and he was. Who knows what could have happened if he just idly sat by and let a fight break out? He retracted his hand, afraid he'd overstepped some personal boundaries, but it was the only way he could think to comfort. and didn't want to just sit there and watch him cry.
Simon took a quick peek at one of the clocks, his shift was more or less over, but at the moment, he wasn't particularly in a rush to leave. Leaving this man like this would be cruel, and Simon was determined to help fully. He got himself involved, and should now see it through till the end.
He raised a brow when the man seemed to take him up on his offer, but fell short. Simon's assumption was that he didn't want to impose on him anymore.
"Not nevermind," Simon said sternly, wanting to continue his pursuit to help. "Tell me," His voice softened as his eyes grazed the man's face, "please?"

My flow is a bit strong, the situation is over. Draw attention, washing my tainted name that was reduced by criticism I did what I had to do so in the end, I made it Z winced at the light scolding. He was still shaky, and hyper-aware of being touched. It felt like he had been transported back in time, to right after he woke up in the hospital. He tried to keep calm before he began hyperventilating. He looked away from the bartender. "Well my friend... is busy tonight and I r-r-really d-don't w-w-w-want to..." He took a breath a deep breath and swallowed hard. "I don't want to go home alone." He finally got out, looking down to the floor. It was embarrassing to admit. Everything about this was embarrassing: he liked to think he was at least some shell of a man. He wiped away his tears, sniffing a couple times. This was frustrating for him, he was feeling so useless and at the time so scared. A part of him had hoped those bullies were just high school bullies, not the murderers he actually accused them of being. It would seem his mouth was going to get him, and this time some stranger, too. 내 Flow가 좀 거세 상황은 종결됐어, Draw Attention 평가 절하됐던 내 오명을 씻어, 내가 할 일을 해서 결국엔 I made it

I ALWAYS LOOK UP TO THE SKY PRAY BEFORE THE DAWN 'CAUSE THEY FLY ALWAYS SOMETIMES THEY ARRIVE SOMETIMES THEY ARE GONE THEY FLY ON FLOCK OF BIRDS HOVERING ABOVE INTO SMOKE I'M TURNED AND RISE FOLLOWING THEM UP STILL I ALWAYS LOOK UP TO THE SKY PRAY BEFORE THE DAWN 'CAUSE THEY FLY AWAY ONE MINUTE THEY ARRIVE, NEXT YOU KNOW THEY'RE GONE THEY FLY ON FLY ON FLY ON RIDE THROUGH MAYBE ONE DAY I'LL FLY NEXT TO YOU FLY ON, RIDE THROUGH MAYBE ONE DAY I CAN FLY WITH YOU A soft sigh escaped through Simon's beat up lips. He'd goofed up .It was clear to see that the man before him did not take the gesture well. The man before his was anything besides calm, this time, Simon left it alone. Touching him was an apparent no-no. He assumed it must have been related to the posse from earlier. He mentally scolded himself for being so careless. He couldn't blame him for being on edge. It's not everyday your approached in public by people who want to use you as their personal punching bag.
Simon listened as the man revealed his request, nodding his head slowly, finger grazing his chin absentmindedly, in no rush.
Taking him home, huh? It would work well for Simon. He needed to pick up something for Lottie which he could easily do after dropping the man off at his home safely. Coming to his conclusion, he got up from the bar stool and heading to grab his black hoodie and retrieving his wallet as quickly as he could, a sudden urge to get out of Climax as fast as he could. As he neared the man, he threw on the sweatshirt, giving him a soft, reassuring smile, "Let's go," The person taking over his shift gave him a curt nod, the a-ok to leave as Simon pulled out his wallet and payed for the customers drink.
The whole time, Simon found himself wondering why he was going out on such a limb for this man. Something about him just made Simon want to protect him. This is crazy.. I'm crazy.. Shaking his head at himself as he rubbed his forehead, not paying mind to see if the man had even followed suite of Simon as he left the bar. |

He had been staring at the door, scared of what was on the other side. Should he have called the cops? He wasn't sure, but he felt like it might've been too late now. He hurried after the bartender, sticking close to him even though it made him feel even more like a child than almost anything else tonight, the other man towering over him. He bit his lip, stopping himself from grabbing on and holding tight to the other man's shirt sleeve, or hand, something. He bundled his hands into his sweater sleeves instead, practically digging at the sleeve endings, as well as chewing on his lower lip. He was scared of those guys, but he also didn't want to see the kindly bartender get hurt for him again. 내 Flow가 좀 거세 상황은 종결됐어, Draw Attention 평가 절하됐던 내 오명을 씻어, 내가 할 일을 해서 결국엔 I made it
