personality

Alette is a fiery young woman. When she's passionate about something, she chases it until it's through with all of her being. All of that passion undoubtably comes from the range of emotions she can feel in a various day. Although she isn't bi polar, she does have a wide range of mood swings that make her very hard to deal with. She's grumpy and irritable 99.9% of the time but far from cold. When you get to know her very well, you see the sweet soul that lies inside. When you befriend her, you become her priority. Her sarcastic humor and odd way of complimenting you makes her very hard to want to like, but even in her worst moods, she's love able. At the end of the day, the biggest thing to know about Alette is that if she says she loves you, you better know that you have her loyalty until the day she dies.

history

Alette's background is a bit sketchy. She grew up with an alcoholic father and a whore mother and it gave her a very poor view on relationships, and caused her wild rebellion streak to run to her very core. Her mother and father constantly bickered, rarely looked at one another or laughed. They were cold an harsh and at the young age of 12, she figured that's how everyone was. It was difficult for her to make friends by treating them the way she saw her parents act, but in the sixth grade she made a very good friend who understood her. Her name was Dani, even though Dani didn't understand why Alette acted the way she did, Dani was aware from the very beginning that's not who she really was. The two were 100% inseparable up until high school. Their freshman year of high school, Alette started dating a young man named Jessi, who unbeknownst to her, Dani had a massive crush on. The two only dated for 3 months before Alette's mother drove a wedge in between them. Not 2 weeks later, Jessi was dating Dani. This rose a fury in Alette, and she hated Jessi for doing this to her. But to her surprise, Jessi pulled her beneath the staircase the very next week and dripped honeyed words into her ears about forevers that would never comes. Alette slept with Jessi that night. In the same breath, she lost her best friend in the whole wide world, the only one who had ever really understood her.

After all was said and done, Alette's guilt got the better of her. She wrote Dani a very long, heartfelt apology letter and explained everything that had happened, word for word. In all her teenage angst, her mother then decided that public school was not for Alette, and removed her. She was homeschooled and it caused a great resentment and bitterness towards her parents. She hated them, ran away from home multiple times.

After the 3rd run away attempt at 15 years old, her father's decided punishment was to sexually violate her. In turn, it caused her to attempt suicide. When she failed and realized she had so little control over her life, she took something she could control into her own hands. With the mixture of self loathing and a huge fear of weight gain, Alette began purging any food she ate, and eventually managed to stop eating all together. A slower form of suicide. As she continued to fail, the state eventually chose to remove her from her parents' custody. She lived in and out of foster homes until 18, when she hit the road working odd jobs and doing her fair share of drugs. She quit at 21 when she decided to settle down. She ended up in this little town and decided to never look back.
