Durand, Eleonor Marie

Ellie is definitely the most headstrong and controlling person you will ever meet, and I do mean ever. She isn't very accepting of others' ideas, and tends to take control of any situation she's in (or at least she tries). Fortunately, this head-strong, stubborn person puts all of this negative to use, making it the positive of independence. Unfortunately, once awhile this is also a negative thing, as Ellie has trouble accepting help or opinions when they are offered, because she is so independent. Besides all of this, Ellie is extremely competitive, and not a very good looser. If she doesn't come out on top, you'll definitely have a re-match in the future, because she doesn't give up until she conquers. But again, she finds a way to put a positive spin on this, calling it hard working and strong willed - which she is both. And work hard Ellie does - she never gives up on something until it's completed, and she does a thorough job of getting it done. Her strong will gives her the power to be willing to do things that most 21-year-olds (especially females) wouldn't want or care to do. Another quality of hers is that Ellie will keep her mouth shut (most of the time) and just get to it, so it's done.


Eleonor Marie Durand was born twenty-one years ago to Kyle and Sarah Durand. She had a "normal" childhood - as normal as an only child can get. She played with the neighbor kids, and developed the childhood relationships any child longs for. Throughout her childhood, Ellie excelled in almost everything she did, mostly because her parents pushed and pushed her.

Her Father, Kyle Durand, was a politician. He was obsessed with family image, and so a lot of the pushing came from him. Most of the time, Ellie was pushed into things she absolutely hated, but she did them out of affection and love from her parents. When she got older, Ellie asked to try things she liked and loved, but of course was denied the pleasure. This is exactly the reason why she is now a law major instead of a dance major.

Her Mother, Sarah Durand, was a bit less pushy, but still contributed. Being the number one realtor in San Francisco was a huge thing - one Sarah was not willing to give up.

Thankfully, she was pushed into so many things that she learned to love a few - namely dance (including music and acting, as well). Ellie didn't instantly love it, but by the time she was twelve she had found her first love. When her parents finally found it unfit for a politician and top realtor's daughter, they ripped her away from it and broke her heart. To this day, Ellie has not forgiven them, and her relationship with her parents is - to say the least - terrible. She honestly loathes them.

So, once she turned eighteen and graduated from school, Eleonor was immediately enrolled in Modesto's college, as an unwilling law major. Two and a half years in, and she's still hating it.
