HARRISON, Annabelle Samara

Annabelle is a wanderer. She hates bossy and controlling people, but more than that, she abhors rules. Since rules are social constructs, she thinks she doesn't have an obligation to obey them. The only "higher" power she obeys is her free will. She is fiercely independent and lacks a brain to mouth filter, which often gets her in trouble with people. The amount of disrespect she shows to authorities is incredible, and sometimes, it's a wonder how she stays alive by being so risky. Risks are some of things she enjoys, however. What's the point of living if one doesn't have fun from time to time?

Although she is outgoing and friendly, she has the tendency to say whatever is on her mind. A sassy person, she is blunt, very blunt, to the point of hurting other people's feelings and not knowing. Of course, she doesn't mean to be malicious most of the time. She is self-reliant and doesn't like to seek help from other people, which is occasionally problematic.

Her ideals clash with her parents' beliefs, and she doesn't want to go to college, but she does only to satisfy her parents. Other than the fact she constantly fought with her parents, she lacks an interesting backstory. She grew up in Los Angeles, California as an only child, her father working as a journalist while her mother worked as a prosecutor. The Harrison family moved to Modesto when her mother moved law firms.

Ever since the beginning of time, her parents were confused by how well she did in school even though she put zero effort into her schoolwork and refused to go beyond the requirements of, say, a school project, all for academic curiosity. However, little did they know that she is perfectly capable of understanding a difficult concept if she puts extra effort and focus into it. In fact, her favorite subjects are the maths and sciences, and she earned high scores in those classes in high school. She doesn't see the point of being forced to do things she doesn't want to do, especially when she feels her parents have unrealistic expectations of her. Therefore,  such conflicts with her parents aren't uncommon.
