HwanJung is generally pretty laid back and relaxed. He's definitely the most easy going of his close friend group. He is good at planning events organizing people. Most people like him pretty much from first meeting, and he enjoys getting to know new people. Even so, he doesn't have many close friends, and earning his trust is actually very hard. While he is overall the most easy going of his small close friend group, he shares tendencies towards tidiness and being careful towards others with them. He makes a good bartender partially because he seems like someone who would want to listen to others' problems.


HwanJung met SungYong on their first day of elementary school, and he was thrilled to find someone else who spoke Korean. Later that day, on their way home, SungYong introduced him to YunJin, over a year older than them and the grade ahead, and while HwanJung was momentarily intimidated, the three of them became fast friends before long. Over the years, they basically did everything together. HwanJung's parents were generally rather relaxed, so the three of them spent a lot of time at HwanJung's house, and his parents were the only ones who all three boys came out to without really worrying too much. Both of HwanJung's parents followed their artistic talents to academic careers, but HwanJung realized that he loved performing and writing things for actual consumption by audiences very early on. He's slowly starting to sell some of the songs that he writes, and he's gotten some major praise on demo tapes (which he ropes SungYong and YunJin into helping him with because he can't be three voices at once). He sometimes dreams of the three of them dropping their everyday lives and becoming a touring band or something, but he knows that that would not be a good, stable environment for the kid, and he's definitely way more into being on stage where people can watch him than the other two. He got his bartending certificate as soon as possible after he turned 21, and he's found that he really enjoys the work, plus it means that if he needs to, he can pick up another job day times, but for now, he's free to be around for the kid then.
